A superior mouth rinse for the care of the oral cavity
Indications for use:
1) Alprox is a mouth rinsing solution for the care and cleaning of the oral cavity, protects against the formation of plaque and tartar and serves as a supplement to routine daily dental care
2) Alprox attackes pathogenic micro-organisms in the oral cavity, thus the regeneration of dental plaque is essentially inhibited and the health of the gingival is supported
3) Alprox supports the healing process in the case of gingivitis, periodentitis and stomatitis. Also can aid is the control of apthae ulcers.
4) Alprox is ideal as an irrigation solution during and after ultrasonic scaling.
5) Alprox is also indicated for the cleaning of root canals
6) Alprox is also effective in reducing the risk of secondary infections after extractions. So rinse the alveolus so reducing potential intracellular toxins. An antiseptic covering of the coagulum is achieved.
7) Alprox chanes the surface tension on prepared dentine and enamel thus enables a better taking of impressions, ensuring accurate margins are seen.
Active ingredients:
Sorbitol: Sugar substance, suitable for diabetics, hemostatic action, is not attacked by oral bacteria and does not form any cariogenic acids
EDTA: A complexing and chelating agent, which has synergistic effects when used with biguanides
Polyaminopropylbiguanide: A disinfectant and preservative agent (blue list*) with tensidic properties.
Phenylalanine: Synthetic sweetener (Aspartame)
Allantoin: Cares for the skin and mucous membrane, supports the healing process.
Flavour: Taste forming, supports the blood supply (Peppermint oil).
Sodium tosylchloramide: (Active chlorine preparation), disinfection component (blue list*)
According to the German cosmetics decree Alprox is safe for use on humans. All substances correspond to the requirements of purity of the DAB10, respectively to the decree for additives to food and are therefore deemed to be physiologically and ecologically harmless.
How to use:
For mouth rinse/gargle: Use 20ml of undiluted solution and gargle for 1 minute use twice day morning and evening.
For use in ultrasonic scaling treatments add neat solution to irrigation bottle.
Alprox will not lead to discolouration of the dentition.
